Moreover, the chat widget installs some Local Storage and Session Storage data, mainly use for the working features of the widget itself. You can delete all of them by clicking the link below ("Storage reset").

The data of the user collected in this way is pseudonymized by technical processes and it’s aggregated with the other website’s traffic data. Accordingly, assignment of the data to the user calling in is no longer possible. The data collected is not stored together with other personal data of the user.
